Here we have the final Generation of the iconic Holden Utility and didn’t GMH master it after the numerous, fantastic Utes to come before the Mighty VE..
These final Aussie Utility vehicles were more race car then weekend tip run or sheep to market type of vehicles like their predecessors.
This was mainly due to the all new ZETA Platform Chassis with its advanced design, sophisticated independent suspension, and 50:50 weight distribution.
An Australian designed platform so good that the Americans continued using it for their performance vehicles after they closed the doors on Holden.

The VE Ute on display is the top of the range Holden Ute, the SS/V. It’s a 2011, series 2 upgrade, ordered in the ultimate colourscheme that never goes
out of fashion, Black on Black. However don’t be fooled by the “Utility” nametag, because this commercial vehicle has never had a towbar fitted, carried
industrial equipment, or moved the sheep to market, which you can see from the more than tidy cargo area. In fact this Commodore SS/V has never been
modified yet. Not wheels, lowered, exhaust, engine mods, stereo, hard lid, nothing!

The 2 owners knew they had a future classic, so it has been well cared for and used sparingly since its original purchase at Harrison Motors in Chelsea.
Being his weekend car it went into storage over the Covid years when the 2nd owners work quietened down and money slowed. It has recently rolled out,
received its 120,000km service (with books and full service history), some love and detailing, to be ready for road duties once again.

The body and paint is fantastic as seen in the photoshoot. No dents, scrapes or damage and its said to be 85% original paint with only 1 quarter panel
professionally touched up after a carpark scrape. Being Black and 14 years old there are of course some small marks, chips & scratches under close
inspection, that you wouldn’t even see if it was another colour paint. The tub is also very clean and the original tonneau cover and bag is included.

The interior is in great condition and everything works well. So to is the all original L76, 6.0 litre V8 engine and 6sp Auto transmission.
The car drives great and is hanging to get back on the road and stretch its legs. It has a clean title, with no dodgy history or money owed.

There is a slight exhaust leak under the car and the clear coat on the factory S2 SSV wheels has the usual webbing effect.

The car is listed as is for this price, but reg & RWC can be supplied at buyers expense.
