The GTR badge represents speed with most manufacturers worldwide, but Nissan has owned this badge in recent decades since the introduction of
its R Series, R32 GTR Skyline which was rightly nicknamed GODZILLA due to its instant domination on racetracks Internationally.

The Nissan GTR model laid dormant in Japan for 16 year after the first GTR models were developed from 1968 to 1973.
The GT-R abbreviation stands for Gran Turismo Racing. Nissan chose to use Italian naming conventions when naming the car, as most cars that were made in
Japan at that time used Western abbreviations, to further enhance sales.

Nissan developed a special motorsport oriented AWD system for the R32 GTR called the ATTESA E-TS. Although this assisted with traction, it added 100kg to the
overall weight of the car. Luckily the new RB26DETT-2.6 litre, twin cam, twin turbo race bred engine overcompensated for the extra KG’s. It also ran
the Super HICAS four-wheel steering system and was teeming with electronic management systems, creating one of the most technologically advanced machines of its time.

The GT-R’s success in motor racing was formidable around the entire globe and even in Australia where for instance at the annual 1,000 km race at the
Mount Panorama circuit in Bathurst, where the winner in 1991 and 1992 was a GT-R, before being excluded with a new V8 only rule introduced to the sport.

R32 GT-R Skylines have rocketed up in value so fast that they are rarely used as dedicated race cars anymore and most have been converted back to street vehicles.
Or on the rarest of occasions you might even come across a virgin R32 GTR that was never modified for track use, such as the perfect specimen that we now
introduce to you…

This R32 GT-R Skyline was built in 1991 with the more uncommon paint code of KG1, Jet Silver Metallic. This was actually 1 of the 3 Australian delivery colours available.
This is one of the 1620 (KG1) Paint code cars, from the almost 44,000 R32 GT-R Skylines that were built. The body and paint on the car are in excellent condition.
The factory Aluminium front panels, doors and all other panels are straight, well gaped, show no signs of previous accident damage or any rust.
It seems to have had a closed door respray somewhere over its 30 year life span and the Jet Silver Metallic paint presents immaculately on the wide body GT-R shell.
The glass, trims, lights, bumpers and all other bolt ons are close to perfect, as are the factory Magnesium Forged wheels and GT-R body kit components.

Open the door and its a time machine, displaying an original and immaculate GT-R interior with no modifications but a Japanese stereo upgrade.
Some of the usual R32 interior issues such as pealing or bubbling dash have never happened on this beautiful example. Take a look at the close up interior pics that
show very little wear to the steering wheel, buttons and controls, or even the race bred seats. Everything works on the car, from fast electric windows, to
A/C and climate control. The Odometer reads 126,000km, however the car presents more like 50,000km which suggests it was cherished, more than abused over its life so far.

The proven RB26 engine runs great without rattles or leaks, the gearbox and complete drivetrain perform exactly as they should too. The car drives, stops
and handles just like a perfect, unmolested example of an R32 GT-R would. It has recently had new coil packs, plugs, ignition module and a reconditioned Air Flow Meter
replaced to find and rectify a small flat spot in the low revs. The only modification to the car is a cat back Stainless Steel Exhaust upgrade.

This R32 GT-R Skyline was imported early this year from japan as a high grade sports car. It arrived exactly as described and comes with Australian import approval
and paperwork to register this pristine Japanese super car on the Australian roads.
